This is, I believe, the first appearance of Squidgy. His appearances tend toward the Hulk-esque violence that I hold so dear but can't accomplish with the other characters. Squidgy ended up getting fatter over time (he's gained a substantial gut which I think actually enhances his design). I can't remember why he got fatter but it worked out for him, I think.
