#12 - Anti-Piracy

Even pirates know that media piracy isn't cool.

It's been a while since the last update, but hopefully now that my undergrad thesis, "The Nuclear Policy of a Rational Iran," is finished, I can focus on a few topics less serious and more fun.

These comics are getting a bit larger and more complex, which isn't exactly what I'm looking for. My art skills are already taxed to the max by my comic, I don't want to attempt something too much beyond my means. But the urge to do a long strip has really been growing on me recently. Perhaps once I've mastered the Wacom pen a little better I'll try it again.

For the record, I AM serious about piracy not being cool. I'm not simply talking about the theft of property… I think the whole argument that torrenting is a victimless crime is very flawed. There ARE victims - the companies that made the products we enjoy, and we, the consumer. Every game stolen (Spore sold 700,000 copies. 1.7 million were pirated) means that the average, legitimate consumer has to put up with more burdensome DRM.

To end on a happier note… BOOBS!
