Happy Mother's Day, everyone!

And for those without mothers - you lucky bastards. You're fortunate enough not to have to buy flowers, candy, and cards. Mother's Day is a very special West Virginian Valentine's Day.

It's such a pointless holiday.

Anyway, here is this Sunday's Heaven V. Hell. Hopefully some of you have played Bejewled and get the joke. If not, oh well. Originally there was a Star Wars poster on the wall, but since there was so much text in a confined area it was deleted.

The picture that is still on the wall was a piece I did at my baptist affiliated college. We were to write a paper about some guy from the chapel that came to tell us how good the church was. My paper was a 2 page comic comparing the insperational posters of the kittens hanging on a ledge and the many pictures of the crucifixtion you see everywhere. There was also a waffle and a pancake debating on how to take the sweet syrupy goodness of faith, but that has nothing to do with todays strip.

P.S. My grade on that paper was a 105%. I earned bonus points for being extremly truthful and for originality.
