I had some issues with this one. I hadn't realized it, but I had missed some lines in the inking process and didn't realize it until I tried to fill in the color. I fixed it and in my haste messed up the shading. That took a while to fix…

All in all it took longer than I expected.

Typically it takes me about half an hour to an hour to pencil the idea. It then takes about an hour and a half to ink, because I take it slow. About 2 Hours to color and 1 hour to shade and insert text.

That's 5 and a half hours. And that's on a good day. Seeing as this one wasn't a good day…7 hours? Somewhere in that neighborhood.

But it was worth it! I fixed my problems and now you're reading it. Wow, that's magic!

Anywho, thank you guys so much for reading! You're the reason I wake up and get insomnia at night.

I just wanted to share something with you guys. You all know I leave comments on almost everyone's comic and I think I just made someone delete their comic. It was called Shenomaru keeno and it's not longer in the directory. I didn't save the author's name. I would just like to share the comment I made with you guys. Since I didn't save the picture, I can't show it to you, but hopefully from my comment you can get an idea.

"I really like this, except for the fact that it looks like you used paint to make the comment box in the art. It would have been alot nicer if you would have just written the comment in the space provided for you instead of putting it on this lovely piece of art.

I looked through your archive and I can't believe this is the same person. I see this one is signed and dated 5-3-05…Not to mention that you clearly used two white boxes to write your comment on this picture and the second one wasn't even used for text.

I know I may watch CSI alot, but something tells me this isn't yours. I may be wrong, but it's odd. But just out of curiosity, can you show the original without the white boxes in the top-left corner?"

The two white boxes I spoke of were placed right where someone would have put the title of their comic. They were both different sizes and only one had writing in it. It was clearly a bad white-out job.

On most comics I will give a quick comment, maybe even just a blank 5, but I couldn't help but be brutally honest with this guy, and if I ever do it to you, I'm sorry. But if I'm ever wrong, please just tell me. If this really was their art, which was AMAZING BTW, they would have told me or posted the original instead of deleting their comic.
