The Crisis Dr. Deadbeat refers to here is the Beige Midnight Crossover Event in the Legion of Net.Heroes shared universe that I and a number of other writers wrote in. Here's a link to a story in that crossover that he appeared in.
Dr. Repeat Pirate and Godless Gorilla were characters in the LNH Webcomic.
