Here's a sketchy view of a the country that Noris "Lives in and it's surroundings. The "Approaching Desert" is being pushed by some sort of, Um, Wind (Capitalized because it's some sort of Omnipotent Force, Like a divine wind– Except EEEVIL!!) to eventually envelope the whole continent, with constantly duplicating sand as well (0_o). The people in Erinilf have acknowledged this, and have built a thick border to keep it out. It probably won't last too long, though. The Wall of Resistance was originally built to keep out Brigands and stuff, nut it was poorly made and is letting sand into Solf. Also, some have been seeing strange mutations in the sand, which is weird because it's not alive in the first place. Although noone knows who this strange entity is, many suspect it is the cause of more demons getting into Erinilf from the Badlands. The Badlands is not only that small strip of gray land; it encompasses the entire continent. The reason, however, that more and moar demons are getting into the E country is because the sands of the Badlands have been starting to seep in towards the Demon Dwellings, and Erinilf seems like the safest place to live, aside from paranoid Demon Hunters. Nowadays, Erinelf has become a bit more dangerous than the Badlands itself, due to this recent increase in demon population, save a few select areas. The white places in between the continents are the R.I.B., or the Rather Invisible Borders. Just thought I should explain.
