Looks like Vincent was able to send something to Witty after all. A photo. A “brain photo”, an image of what Vincent was seeing, or to be more specific, the interpretation of what Vincent’s brain created from the information his eyes were sending. This is probably one of the sci-fi techs shown in Robomeks closest to reality. Blind people are starting to be able to see, if only flashes of light, right now. In Robomeks, the image is then sent with the mysterious device they use to communicate with each other when they press their ears with the index finger.

By the way, the finger is used to help them concentrate as the communication is very close to what we understand as telepathy. Haven’t you ever covered your ears in a noisy environment just to “hear” your own thoughts? The same logic is applied here, not to mention it helps to make clear to you, the reader, when they are communicating that way.
