Friday! Thank Gawd.

Thanks one and all for the nice words yesterday. I think I was in a funk of some type. A crappy type, I guess.

Some of you old timers might remember a comic here on Drunk Duck called Beaver and Steve. B&S has since moved on and got its own site and seems to be doing quite well, thank you very much. It is, in my opinion, the funniest webcomic on the planet. And now the artist James Turner has printed a book of earlier strips. Well, I gots mine today! And it totally rocks! I immediately put it in my library (i.e. the bathroom) where I'm sure I will enjoy it for months to come at 5-7 minute intervals.

If my local newspaper would drop Garfield and replace it with a daily B&S strip, I would happily pay for a subscription (instead of stealing my neighbor's). I'm cereal.
