If you didn't get it from the comic I will just come out and tell ya. Today's "origin" comic beginning is a slight nod to the movie Gremlins. That movie was extremely awesome as a kid and to this day one of my favorite Christmas holiday classics, right up there with A Christmas Story - yes, I grew up in a less than shiny Christmas time era :)

At any rate, the rest of this week will be a continued story arc where we begin to learn a little bit more about our little guy Friday here. Like I said, you'll see where the comic name comes from and hopefully you will laugh a bit too.
