I want to write a small eulogy for the 3J Robotics Company’s little pink garage. It has been a small landmark on my morning bike ride into work every day here in Brattleboro since I moved here. It was plain and ugly, but it was always there—a small building with a big secret (Robot Wars…) Well, last week it was torn down to make room for a condo parking lot. An ignoble fate. So the building is gone. But it will continue to have a life here in the pages of Robot Wars…and you know I miss the old girl already. I like knowing that I sorta owned a piece of that metal shell…
