Thanks to all for commenting, and NEW Readers! hoo rah! These next few panels are to bring everyone up to speed on the characters–a bit, as I have been soundly informed that this needs to be done from time to time on a webcomic…

And in case anyone wants to know why HAVEN's Icon is a scantily clad, topless fairy…well, let's just say, this IS Monhegan Island…and here there truly do be fairies! Scantily clad little glisteny wing thingies who love Rebekah's otherworldly 'aura' You'll see.

And for any of you who cry 'foul!' Fantasy creatures in a sci-fi book! Bad! …I point you to early Chris Claremont Issues of the X-Men–who spent some time with the wee-folk in Sean Cassidy's Manor! If its good enough for the X-Men…it's good enough for me.
