My apologies for the egregious use of the silhouette. The panel was supposed to show Janet bawling her eyes out. i've had some trouble drawing janet, so I took this challenge very seriously. But about halfway in, I found myself getting kind of worked up. It turns out, it's one thing to draw a little girl, it's another thing to draw an upset little girl. Apparently, I lack the emotional resilience to draw children crying. Children in comics should mostly be happy. I finally punted with the silhouette. Very unprofessional, my apologies. Next time, I'll use Manga-style iconic emotions, or just write my stories so that there are NO crying children or puppies or kittens.

And perhaps I should get more practice drawing kids.
