I am hard on the Trident beach Police Force. Like, who is this guy? He's been in the background several times that I can think of. He's never been called by name, or anything like that. I assume i named him way back when, and it's in my notes - but i don't remember. I never read my scripts anyway. I mean, who's telling this story - me, or some silly script I wrote months ago?

Still, I hope I have not abused the Police too much here. In the media, generally, the Police are either supermen or bumblers, and both depictions annoy me. I've tried to treat the TBPF as people - nice folks who were, perhaps, not ready to take on the Mystery of the Mermaids.
