I've been spending too much time on the DD "Debate & Discussion" board. i really shouldn't, it means talking about my politics and such, and i like to keep The Rocketship free of such things. I used to do lots of political comics, after all, and I like to think that The Rocketship is for everyone whether they agree with me on stuff or not.

I really only post there because when I post, my DD ratings go up a bit. I am a sucker for higher ratings.

But it tends to remind me that I spend my life in a very small bubble where rationality & kindness, logic & mercy, Love & knowledge are all held in high regard - and outside of my little bubble that is not always true.

Perhaps The Rocketship is political after all - but I hope it doesn't rankle anyone. If I must preach my values, I hope I can learn to do so without screaming and kicking like I used to.
