Styx wants her girdle and she'll stop at nothing to obtain it! So, she challenges James to his favorite game: Beat The GM. I guess they decided it'd be a staring contest for this round of it.

Yes, James actually has a Beat The GM. It usually involves rolling dice against him, then whoever has the highest roll wins. If you beat him, you get to make an awesome character, full stats and cool powers and such. But if he wins, he gets to penalize you how he chooses. It's give-and-take…… and he hardly ever loses, even when using other peoples' dice.
