When I try to think of things to say in the author's notes, I usually draw blanks. I sometimes end up thinking for about fifteen minuets, only to decide to write nothing. I then think of the things I could have used that time for instead, and say "I'll just only write the notes at the end of the chapter or something". But whenever I post a page and see that author's notes box I think, "I feel like I should put something here". I'm not sure what I want to write down, but I think there are just times when we feel the need to think about things we want to say even if we never say them.
