I was watching a show on the Green network, a channel for people that don't like Big Bad Technologically Advanced Society for the most part, though I admit half of it is very pertinent and cool information on how to reduce your impact on the planet.

The other half is bunk moral arguments and even more tripe in the form of suggestions that alt med and such things as dowsing actually work–at least more than the placebo or, in the case of dowsing, scientific drudge-work.

The other bit of important dowsing news is that the military in Iraq has also ceased using dowsing rods to detect terrorists. About fucking time.
