Tonight, on a very special "Rule of Three"…

Dammit. I was really unprepared for this to happen. This is the first time I lost someone who wasn't at least generation removed, and especially so unexpectedly.

Hey Rob, rest assured that you've left behind literally HUNDREDS of caring friends and family and students who miss you like crazy and who will spend the rest of their lives looking after Heather (aka RO3's Hazel), making sure she's got a shoulder to cry on, and something to laugh at, and an ear to listen to her. I'm sure you're having a blast, going to see Jeff Buckley, Andrew Wood, Mitch Hedberg and George Carlin up there on cloud 9, but we'd rather have you down here.
