Yay! I've made it to strip #200, and with people still reading (I think, I hope!) Anyhoo, as silly as this strip is, it's actually somewhat based on a real life event. Me, my husband Peter, the real Hazel (Heather) and her husband Rob (the one who I did a tribute strip for back in June) were driving home from the west coast of Florida. Rob let out this burp that, no kidding, we had to roll the windows down for. Apparently the Chili's we had for lunch didn't quite agree with him :( Seriously, that was a burp to remember, I think my eyes were watering. So in the comic it goes!
