The story before the story: Bombshell acquired intel on an extremely dangerous item being placed for sale at the Black Market "Auction House." She's gone low-profile (hence why she's missing her awesome hero uniform here) and successfully infiltrated the venue of the sale.

As some of you may have noticed by now all stories related to SHELL himself, with the exception of the Origin Issue, is actually told by following someone other than SHELL. I just thought it'd be fun to present a superhero story that way so that it almost kinda gives the readers a feel of never really getting too close to the man beneath the SHELL.

This approach opened up possibilities: telling a superhero story from another superhero's perspective, a supervillain's perspective, an innocent bystander's perspective, HU HQ's perspective (heh heh)…
