Blue Jay is a teenage superhero with the ability to transform into a Blue Jay and manipulate sound waves.

It was actually a pretty cool thing to look for reference pics for blue jays. Gotta love nature!

Fun facts about Blue Jay:
1) He's kind of a fanboy of a few previously-established HU heroes (specifically, he's mentioned Hellfire and Plot Twist) in his first mission under HU
2) He's currently in a crossover in his solo webcomic with legacyhero's Young Defenders!
3) He was once a metahuman arena fighter
