In an event like this, I think the umpire decides what to call… so the question is, will all eyes focus on Desperado or the umpire?

Anyway, so I created Kyle Buck (Desperado) a while back for Heroes Alliance, but he won't be making his official appearance in an HA issue for a while, so last month, I decided to let him out of the cage here first.

Desperado is originally from El Paso, Texas. If you missed it, here's his origin's pages as posted at HA.
