Those who follow my comics know Victor Dranson.(main base of operations is Earthal, a world parallel,but on a different dimensional plane than our Earth)
Victor Dranson is a Vampire Alien, and the Supreme Head of The Union of Four, which is a large intergalactic Crime Empire. Its partners/heads are Adrian Jones(earth Chapter)The evil Crasher Agency(various Locations)and Drela(Intergalactic Terrorist Leader)
Victor's organization has had small but violent skirmishes with Lisa's cartel, over the Muto Territory, which until now, was primarily dominated by Lisa's cartel….now, Dranson, and others, are expanding, and muscling in.Dranson currently is Lisa's, and her Lidtol cartel's MAIN crime rival. the two cartels are close to going to war.
Along with making money, these parties that Lisa hosts, are a way to bring high profile crime bosses together, and talk, and try to negotiate.set boundaries, and respect each other's territory.
Lisa always invite high profile crime bosses….galactic politicians, and celebrities to these affairs, hoping the entertainment leads to fruitful negotiations. sometimes they do….sometimes they DON'T.
