Finally, we get to the end of Chapter 18. The killer of Tobikachi is still on the loose and within this chapter, we're introduced to many new characters.

Checking back, it took me 4 months to finish this chapter, my goodness. I don't think the huge 30+ page chapters took that long. I know it's a bit of slow burn, but I hope you've all found some enjoyment in reading.
