So an interesting note about the scene of events. In the original version this whole thing played out much differently. In the original version, we never get to see this victim other than after she's dead (and her body is so mangled there's no real way to even guess her features.)

Yukimura, our MC, comes across the Demon feeding on her blood and tries to make a get away, only to tragically give himself up when he accidentally hits a tin can littered on the sidewalk. A cruel joke of the world if you will.

But, just for the sake of things, I did something different here, but one that should hopefully still give off the horror and dread of the situation.
