The VHS Joe gifts to Eddie was originally going to be Creepy House Party, which would have been a reference to a no-budget un-scripted short horror movie I made with my friends back in 2000. But we figured a movie with a sci-fi bent would be more suitable for Joe to give Eddie. Also it kind of ties in nicely with the fact that we just had a couple pages of sci-fi outer-space action.
