Race: Aasimar (Just call her a 1/4 angel and you'll be close)
Background: Saffron was born the daughter of a slave. While growing up, she heard stories from her mother that her family line had once been the priestesses of an ancient temple that had been destroyed long ago by invaders, in-fact, the very ancestors of the men whom they were now slaves to. One day, the evil master and some of his unsavory friends desired to do horrible things to Saffron, who fled the house while her mother was slain trying to defend her. After many horrible nights alone in the rain, hidding from the men hired by her former master to pursue her, she found herself in an ancient abandoned building deep in the forest. On the walls she saw ancient paintings that showed her that all her mother had told her was true, and she was the desendant of priestesses. That night, while she slept, a vision of one of her ancestors came to her and told her that to avenge her family line and return freedom to her people, she would need to seek out the final Eveningsfall. When she awoke, her true birthright had developed, and she spread her new wings to the dawn and flew in search of this mysterious person of whom she dreamt. Her search has led her to a prosperous Inn, with a great secret, and hopefully the one whom she seeks.
