This painting is part of a series :D The other piece here is called "Fairy Gold" This is actually before that piece so I'll place it in order later :)

Here you can see the difference between the light from the candle and the light from the Gold (which was sent there by the Fairy king himself). This is where the shop assistant discovers the gold in the shop. So in the piece he's walking down the stairs from the house to the shop.

This isn't a bad piece, I sort of messed up whilst painting the assistant. His skin colour I magically had trouble doing and he happens to have two right hands (thumbs not in the right place) someone had to point that out to me hehe X)

I like the atmosphere though, and the contrast in colours! Cold green and warm reds!
