Cassandra Maxwell also known as Chrono's Empress, is known for her nonsensical attitude. Half of the student's are afraid of her because of her great athority over the school, and the other half fear her because of her allmighty strength. Cassandra tends to have a bad habit of going overboard when handing out warnings or punishments to her fellow students. She also shares a past relationship with the Evil Prodigy, Theos.
