Roxanne Bright is a famous idol and is the host for the school matches that take place in the Rumble Dome. During her first year
in Chrono academy, she was taught by her martial arts idol, Rinslet.

Roxanne has a bad habit of playing favourites with people she knows, likes, or admires during matches; Which makes her one hell of an annoying host.
