Hooray! I've worked out how to move the Comments "input box" above the Comments!

Thanks to Rutger for (very diplomatically!) pointing out how much of a pain it had become to scroll to the bottom these days! (Do continue to read everyone else's input, though. We've got some rather clever people commenting here!)
