Since we'll be naming him shortly anyway, I don't think I'm giving away too much if I tell you that the tattooed guy in the last two panels is Bedlam, the last of our three central bad guys. (Boo! Hiss!)

And look - he has his own Character Button … That must mean there's a character study for Bedlam, too!
