The sharper-eyed among you may notice that the few lines of doggerel that make up Bedlam's "prayer" are, in fact, a summary of the Shaman's powers (or those of his staff anyway!)

In case you're wondering why the last lines don't rhyme, it continues onto the next page. Not that you were, I'm, sure!
