Forty years ago today, 20 July 1969, Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon. Some of us are old enough to remember being allowed to stay up late so we could watch that historic moment live on a grainy black and white TV screen.

Today, in the BVC Scrap Book, we remember that one small step in our own special way.
