Boy this one took longer than I thought it would. Mostly because of the colors on the T'hyrma and the blood.
Panel 4 was originally more of a classic towering monster deal, but I decided to switch it at the last minute so I could show more of what the T'hyrma look like. I still like how it turned out, even if it did take me forever to do.
Oh! Almost forgot about the nerve damage thing. T'hyrma secrete a type of poison onto their claws that helps them take down prey. Because Kilm originated from a different world, the poison only damages some of their nerves instead of all of them because they're wired a bit differently. What the poison did to Jael was knock out his sensory nerves while leaving the motor ones intact (he can move his hand and ear just fine, but if something cuts him, burns him, etc, he won't feel it.)
