I had an unreasonable amount of fun making this page. Especially panels 2 and 3, even though Jovi’s face was NOT cooperating for the longest time. Also, enjoy my chicken scratch writing.

Okay, quick background stuff so Ten’s concern makes a little more sense:

Visia is pretty much the kilms’ version of beer. Cheap, common, and available in a variety of strengths and flavors. The only other time we’ve seen Ten with an intoxicant was back on pages 123/124. That was a different drink (merum, similar to visia but made from a different plant base and a bit stronger.)

Papaver is one that hasn’t been mentioned in-comic before. It’s a harder drug that can be used in a variety of ways, including mixing it in with food or drink. Ten’s never had it before, but has seen what hardcore long term use can do to people (hint: nothing good) and is understandably a bit hesitant to cross that threshold.
