Author notes
Back in the days of the Druids alot of Cultures had the concept of an Honor-Price, where you paid for your deeds not necessarily through Jail time or Death but rather a fixed sum determined by the Druids based upon the Worth of the Person offended and the Offender and the Mitigating circumstances. If you could not pay the honor price, then you would work for that person to pay it off or sold yourself into slavery to that person. It was one of those things that actually helped deal with crime.
