There are times I feel I have the worst luck in the world.
This actually happened to me a number of years ago when I was about to go to Seattle with my girlfriend. (We were doing the LDR thing between Bellingham and Seattle & would often spend the weekend together in one place or the other.)

Having a wonderful day, then, BAM!
Profuse, unstoppable nosebleed.
I thought I was having an aneurysm! Turns out my nasal passages were just really dry due to my allergies to dust, mold, pollen, and cottonwood all kicking up at the same time.

Gotta love FAIRHAVEN, Washington! (That’s the part of “BELLINGHAM” where the Greyhound station was.)
