My girlfriend,(Known in the comic as ‘Lucy Q’) had a cat named Chorizo, who alternately loved me or tried to claw my face off.
She’d calmed down a bit in the last 3 years or so, of her life, since I moved in with them.

Anywho, Chorizo, who used to rarely 'speak’… she could only manage a half-meow that seemed to get cut off, like she had laryngitis…
(She had since learned to meow properly, and when she was hungry or thirsty, you couldn’t shut her up).

So, she once had this mysterious bald patch just above her tail for some reason.
That was about the time I took a good mirror-look at the back of my own head and realized that I’m developing that weird “monkey-butt” male pattern baldness.
Feh.

Poor Chirizo has since passed on since this comic was made. We still think about her.
