The whole “yaoi” thing eludes me to this day. I never really understood it. Maybe I should because I'm bi, but I DON'T.

But then, I come from a generation when girls were homophobic, too.
I’m glad that has changed. Social evolution is important, but, nowadays, it seems that the yaoi crowd goes overboard in seeing homosexuality where there is none. Particularly in pop culture. I see that as a massive breakdown in communication that eventually leads to a somewhat hostile interpretation of actions and behaviors between cultures and subcultures. But then, that’s probably just me.
