Self explanatory, and very TRUE!

The funny thing is, I had a yen for older women when I was younger, and back then, that was considered weird.
Now, that I am of a certain age and actually dig women my own age, that means I'm "old and boring", and people STILL look at me like I'm weird.
Apparently, according to society, my mid-life crisis means I'm SUPPOSED to lust after women half my age, or something.
Of course, that sounds fine on paper, but, if I ACTUALLY look at younger women, then, I'm considered REALLY weird! (and pathetic. A guy simply can't win.)
