Finally out of the house and on the way to school.
Poor Delilah. She has to put up with this kinda crap just about every day, even though, as a teenage girl, she thinks herself to be unremarkable.
I don't think a cardigan is gonna do the job, though.

When I originally designed Delilah, she was a chubby girl. For this last version I turned her into an amazon. Mainly because originally, her mom was La'Kallythexis, the warrior queen of planet Antauros. An amazon. After reworking her to be Calliope, fully human wife/bodyguard/partner in crime of the former Dr.Macabre, (Nicodemus) I felt that the height dynamic was missing something, so I changed Delilah into an amazon to make up for it.
Nicodemus was originally a hulking brute, as well, but, I made him more believably human-sized. Still, in this way, Delilah is 'her father's daughter'.

Delilah suffers from what I call "Sabrina Spellman Syndrome' - in that, she is a special girl with latent superpowers who is unhappy with that, and just wants to be "normal".
I never understood that.
