Back to School - Social Distancing

Today I saw literally hundreds of teens gathered closely in groups next to the high school, not one mask over a face. (For the record, my son, the comic artist, was NOT one of them)

The school can enforce rules all they want in the classrooms (and I think they're doing reasonably well there, but they're powerless after the bell rings.

We're one infected person away from an instant outbreak, and it's not like we don't already have local cases. Municipal by-law enforcement should spend a day on site handing out tickets to smarten people up a bit.
