So you know, yes, Hunter can control wind. He isn't a superhero or anything; he was experimented on by the H.A.V.E.N., who gave him the ability as part of their supersoldier program. But, as to not spoil it, I'll leave it at that, and go further into detail in chapter 4, when we delve into Hunter and Ryos pasts and we see how they first meet.
