In the year 20XX, Dr. Wily created eight robots masters. But what if there were no Mega Man to fight him?

Yeah, I'm moving away from the date and perverted references/jokes to produce more of a story. Who is this guy in which Wily is talking to? I won't be able to make another comic with Rose in it until I have a decent "movie theater" background. Anyone wanna help out?

So, the next few comics are going to be based on Dr. Wily.
