Date Night - Movie Decision

This was originally going to be an "fifty comics special", but I decided against it, considering it wasn't that big of a deal, and then I was going to make it an eight-panel comic instead, but the last four panels seemed out of place and weird, so I completely got rid of them. This is the opening to the date between Rose and Melody. See if you can guess the references in the text and the posters in the background. Also see if you can guess who makes a cameo in this comic.
