A little back-story on Charlie:

He's based on a crazy homeless man who lived in the woods not far from were I lived. He was dubbed "Charlie" because of his scruffy beard and crazy Helter-Skelter eyes. He would stand by the road for hours, tapping two fingers on his lips, his way of asking for cigarettes (or maybe he just wanted scissors to cut off that ferret on his chin, I guess we'll never know).

Then, one fateful day, he wandered onto a High School campus wearing nothing but a purple thong, and was promptly shipped off to the local mental institution.

We miss you, oh deranged shepherd of the woods, and hopefully this tribute properly honors your homeless, lice-infested memory.
