I was very conflicted about whether or not to do the last panel. On the one hand, this story has more violence against women than I'm usually comfortable with, but on the other, it seemed neccecary to distinguish The Bloke from the other, "funny" villians in the series, and to do that I needed his actions to not just be evil, but offensive on a very basic, emotional level. Plus, this panel's effect on Blast (which you'll see later) is an interesting one, and plays into the greater theme of the issue.

Yeah, that's right.
