Chapter 1 - Whom to believe?

Well, it doesn't look as bad as I expected. Of course it's not even twenty percent from what I've wished, but I got used to the fact I'll never reach the level of drawing skills that my mind demands. The BG is once more not hand drawn, I know, but seriously, who would do the work to blacken it all by hand! And also, this has a benefit: The characters' shadows emphasize by that.

Coming to the characters: I guess no one has a problem with recognizing the middle person (which I've, as I noticed too late, drawn much too short). No comment will be given to the left person. And I hate giving spoilers, but I have to. It's Inks right. Credits to the right person go to Ink_wolf, who generously agreed to a cameo. I'm very proud to draw him in, since I feel great respect for him and his masterpiece of a comic »A Shade of Maverick«. In the unlikely event you're unfamiliar with this comic, hurry up and change that fact, if you wanna live!!!
