Only six strips and already I've hit the Wall of creativity, the point where I look at everything I do and decry my skills, wailing about how pathetic I am for subjecting this ineffable twaddle upon the world. "What made you think you could make a webcomic?" my subconcious says. "Of what literary worth is a story about space pirates? And how can you call that odd swiggle a hand?"

This is usually the point when I give up in a fit of despair, but I've failed enough to recognize the Creative Wall now, so I can kind of ignore it enough to keep on working. But I'm still not pleased with that swiggle of a hand. Shot myself in the foot with the balloon placement as well, but ah well. Maybe I'll fix it eventually.
